The foreign bank which established its high street operations in 2007 after receiving its licence to operate in October 2006. They have a branch located on Kairaba Avenue.

Central Bank of The Gambia [Government]
The website includes currency exchange rates, authorised foreign exchange dealers, statistics, publications as well as a currency museum and a list of national public holidays.
Ecobank Group Ltd.
The website of the latest addition to a new crop of financial institutions to locate in the country. The branch is on Kairaba Avenue (Pipeline), Serrekunda.
First International Bank >
Their mission is to bring banking services to their customers in a professional manner through the best and modern delivery channels such as online banking.
Guaranty Trust Bank Limited
Gt Bank's services include consumer & corporate banking, internet banking, receive bank statements by email and 'live' online support.
FBN Bank
ICBank (Gambia) Ltd is now a subsidiary of FirstBank Nigeria which is part of FBN Holdings PLC.  ICB has branches in Africa, Europe and

(Formerly Bank PHB) is situated on Banjul's Liberation Avenue it has a number of outlets in and around the Kombo Saint Mary Disttrict area.

Sahelo-Saharienne Bank for Investment & Commerce
BSIC is from Libya and serves several Saharan countries as well as a number of West African nations.
Received its banking license and commenced operations on the 13th July 2009.
Standard Chartered Bank (Gambia) Ltd.
Standard Bank is the oldest established bank in the country having first established a branch in Banjul in 1894. Among its banking services are personal banking, commercial and global markets. Money transfers also available through Western Union.
Trust Bank Limited
The Gambian owned TBL bank offers online internet banking, consumer, business and international banking with branches in Banjul, The Kombos and up-river locations. Money transfers available through Western Union.
Incorporated in 2008 and in January 2010 the financial institution opened their main branch on the Kairaba Avenue.
