If you are an overseas home builder they are able to send
you regular updates concerning overseeing the construction
project by sending weekly reports and photos. They ensure
that quality building techniques are used during the construction
stage and that all materials used are suitable for the Gambia's
sub-tropical climate.
As part of their other services they can provide the client
with structural drawings, bill of quantities as well as computer
aided design of houses (CAD).
