Review:
This is a cheap, yet depressing, down-market place
on the far side of the city in the Half Die quarter.
Begun in 1974 and reached its zenith in the 1980s
after which standards of service and facilities followed
a pattern of steady decline.
From a shoddy, unimpressive ground floor of slovenly
reception and grim, downtown dining room, standards
rise as you climb the multi-coloured tiled stairs
to the 3 floor rooms.
The 2 star accommodation is only worth staying in
if you need to get to the ferry very early in the
morning.
