There is no generator. The
rooms are they say on the
site are kept clean &
tidy. Paying tourist
guests help to support the
activities of the scout
camp. The camp aims to
create opportunities for
employment training & jobs
for the local scouts of
Soma. The ultimate aim is
to make Kaira Konko Scout
Fellowship a sustainable,
non-profit enterprise.
Kairo Konko Lodge is
managed by Mr. Lamin
Kinteh and the project has
been assisted by the UK
