Gambian Property has a number of different types of accommodation
choices for holiday
lettings in Kololi (Senegambia) and sales
or rentals at the TAF Brufut Gardens Estate.
Choose from 1, 2, 3 bedroom suites or studios flats in various
purpose built tourist complexes. All have 24 hour service,
back up electricity generator supply and free airport shuttle
service from Banjul International Airport.
• Taf Annex (Kololi):
14 two bedroom self-catering apartments with en-suite bathrooms
close to the beach and the Senegambia
Strip resort.
Each Taf Annex suite has a double bed, a large wardrobe, air
conditioning unit with remote, dressing table. Each lounge
has sofas, International Direct Dialing telephone (IDD), ceiling
fans, cable TV, dining table and chairs, fans, fridge freezer,
gas cooker, toaster, extractor fan and kettle.
• Kerr Ya Bajen:
In the Kololi resort the accommodation has 4 two or three
bedroom multi-storey self-catering apartments with a shared
swimming pool. There is 24 hour security and car parking.
Each suite has a double bed, a wide wardrobe, dressing table
and chair, ironing board and split unit air conditioning.
Each unit at Kerr Ya Bajen has a kitchenette with gas cooker
as well as leather sofas, satellite TV, dining table, an ensuite
bathtub, hot water, flush toilet, wash hand basin and fresh
towels.
All this is set in a mature, tropical garden setting.
• Taf Apartments:
Based
a few minutes walk to the beach in Brufut Gardens (TAF Estate)
& opposite the Gambia Coral Beach Hotel. Choose rentals
from 1 bedroom studios to 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses
with seaviews from the 4th floor. Furnished or unfurnished,
short term rental or long term stay.
