Information:
 The
council is in charge of most of the Kombo Saint Mary
District for annual property rates collection, business
registrations and fees, physical planning decisions,
street cleaning and rubbish disposal.
 
There is also a rent court on the premises to adjudicate
fair rents as well as settling property disputes.
The council covers the areas of Serrekunda, Kotu, Kololi,
Bijilo, Fajara and Bakau but excludes Banjul.
