The Spirit Group (Gambia) Company Limited specialises
in the construction of residential
real estate developments, commercial buildings and civil
engineering works.
Trading under the name Spirit Construction Estates.
Teaming up with other companies the firm has been involved
in the construction various housing estates and other
types of residential property development. Among these
building projects are:
The development of the new Dallu Garden Hotel.
The building of a luxury, beach-front development project
named the Bijilo
Exclusive Resort.
The company has teamed up with Corpri , an Italian based
road construction company, to build the West Field Highway
and Sukuta walkways with their integrated drainage systems.
Finally, the
Spirit
Group was sub-contracted by Guangxi International Construction
Engineering Co. Ltd (GICEC), a Chinese
headquartered
construction firm, to grade and refill the Bakoteh
Market building site with soil and other aggregates.
The company uses its own building equipment and transport
trucks which are of a good modern standard. Its
logistics team
enables it to enter into various contracts with other
partners for the supply of aggregates for road
construction joint ventures.
In partnership with WALO Enterprise the Spirit Group
is also engaged in the drilling of boreholes
and wells
for village communities in Gambia. This enables such
areas to boost agricultural productivity. |
