Mecalite are manufacturers and exporters of candles
for the domestic and West African regional markets.
The paraffin wax candle manufacturer was registered in 2002
and its factory began production in January 2004. After a
disastrous fire that year which burnt down the plant a new
building was erected in December 2004
and the chandler recommenced production.
