Information:
The Elite Fitness gym is one of the best
gymnasiums
in Gambia. The club is equipped with imported, state-of-the-art
physical exercising machines for body toning, aerobic training
and for building muscle bulk.
Facilities:
• Cardiovascular & Circuit Training:-
They provide up-to-date resistance and cardio machines, weight
lifting, treadmill running equipment, elliptical trainers,
upright bikes and free weights. Activities take place in ladies
only sections, core and flexibility areas, and other gym floor
zones.
• Professional Personal Trainers:-
These staff a fully qualified to assist in members' fitness
schedules through one-on-one guidance and motivation. This
program is known to yield your desired result in faster time
compared to lone exercise.
• Group Club Exercise:-
At these physical practice classes you can participate with
trainers in step aerobics, Power & Stretch for increased
metabolism and Zumba Fitness which combines Latin dance rhythms
with simple choreographed dance moves. There are also Yoga
classes, and the martial arts of Taekwondo.
• Swimming Pool:-
Try out a few lengths of their UV treated / chlorinated pool
or join in some Aqua Aerobics classes. Elite can provide on
site swimming instructors and have a child section splash
pool to teach your kids how to swim.
• V-Café / Juice Bar & Pool Restaurant:-
They serve something for everyone, from vegetarians to children.
Try their selection of healthy snacks, quality Gambian fruit
juices, organic foods, fruit smoothies, freshly ground coffees
and much more.

Elite Fitness Membership Cards:
• Membership fees can be paid yearly, six monthly, quarterly,
monthly, once a fortnight on a daily basis. Couples, families
and corporate entities are eligible for a discounted rate
on the cost.

• Table tennis, pool table, Babyfoot (Bonzini football table).
Services:
• Body Health Check:-
The Body Mass Index or BMI is a good way to check if you are
at a healthy weight by calculating the ratio between your
height and weight. Use their adult daily calories estimator
to know how many calories on average your body burns a day.
Party, eat, relax & make friends:
And finally if your child is a member then they can throw
their birthday party at the centre. Adults are welcomed to
book their Gambian social events. There is also a beach BBQ
on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7pm to 11pm.
